How does the game work?

Play 10-30 minutes in the morning at least 4 times per week.

You can help train your brain to choose healthy food over junk food.

Learning to choose healthy food over junk food will help you lower your BMI!

Recent research suggests that you may be able to train your brain to associate high-calorie food with pausing to consider healthier options. This “pause” can help you to overcome automatic urges to eat junk food without mindfulness. This game may help you to substitute the neural connections responsible for unhealthy eating habits with healthy ones.

The app is not a cure-all, you will still need to be mindful of a normal healthy diet and to exercise, but training your brain to make healthy diet choices becomes more fun and easier to do.
